Spot Removal Service Trip: For clients without a spot/spill warranty, we will waive
the minimum service fee and do an emergency spot removal service. However, this
is for one spot only (such as dog accident, where child got sick, etc.). If additional
area around the spot is to be cleaned, the regular minimum applies. For spot
removal service trip for spots such as coffee, dog accidents, etc. which we know will
require more than one trip to fully remove, there will be a re-service fee for each trip.
Spot/Spill Warranty: After your cleaning we will apply carpet protection. You will get a
bottle of spot remover with free refills. If you get a spot, you need to try the spot
remover first. If it doesn't work, call us within 5 days and we'll come out and remove
the spot for free. If we can't get it out, we refund you the additional amount you paid
for the warranty. You'll receive a warranty certificate with complete information and
instructions.
Some Furniture Moved FREE: You'll get your sofa, loveseat, dining table and dining
chairs moved for FREE. They will be cleaned under and placed upon furniture
blocks to allow for circulation of air and drying of the carpet underneath. Personal
belongings cannot be stacked on furniture to be moved. To get the most value for
your cleaning, pick up clothes and toys, move lamps and plants, and move coffee
table and end tables. Please don't move furniture that we will be moving to the
middle of the room or to one side of the room. That actually creates more work for
us. Thanks!

time! Requires a 400 s/f minimum of carpet cleaning to qualify for the super saver
discount.
