Dear  Neighbors, and Other Locals I Know: First, I don’t know these people and they are not relatives....   But when was the last time you had EXCEPTIONAL customer service start to finish?   Barry of Select Carper Cleaning left our home a while ago and I just got to thinking about what a great job he did.   Every request (hey, can you clean under these 47 wires under my desk) was met with a smile and a positive attitude. He wasn't’ in a rush and answered all my questions.  I think our hardwood floors (he wasn't’ here to clean those) might be cleaner than when he arrived, every single drop of water (not that there was much) wiped up before he left.   He places dryers while he does other rooms, leaves a bottle of stain remover, got out the mystery read stuff in guest bedroom – the whole shebang! Our three rooms (master bedroom and two guest bedrooms) were $89, plus a coupon in the Yellow Pages got us 500 square feet of Scotch Guard (that was all three rooms).  They have a whole page of coupons in the new phone book. Plus, Michelle (Barry’s wife), who runs makes the appointments, could not be sweeter or more helpful with all the info to make things so smoothly.
